Common questions

• A scan failed or misidentified a car. Scanning needs a clear, well-lit shot of the car and a network connection. If it times out, just try again. A wrong guess is usually fixed by a closer, less-angled photo.
• How do I delete my account? Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, catches, photos, and all data. If you used Sign in with Apple, also revoke it under iOS Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple.
• How do I restore a purchase? Open the paywall (or Settings) and tap Restore Purchases. Subscriptions are managed in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• What is MotorDex Pro? The free tier holds up to 100 cards. Pro unlocks an unlimited garage and batch import, as a monthly subscription or a one-time Lifetime unlock.
• Daily scan limit. There is a generous per-day scan limit to keep the service healthy. Normal play won't hit it.
• Reporting and blocking. In the friends feed you can report a catch or block a user; blocking removes them from your feed and friends.
